We are proud to be one of the first in Jersey to use an online property portal which through the use of advanced technology provides our clients an interactive platform, putting them in control and keeping informed every step of the process. The portal provide clients with 24 hour access to many useful features including:

We understand that buying or selling a property is likely to be one of the largest transaction, both financially and emotionally that you are likely to make and can seem very daunting. Our aim is to support you throughout, remove the stresses and turn the process whether buying or selling into an exciting journey.
OUR RATES
By making the most of online technology and keeping our overheads to a minimum, we are able to pass on savings to directly to our clients and provide highly competitive rates of 0.9% for sole agency and 1.2% for multi-agency fees.

Wednesday & Thursday - 12:00 to 20:00
Friday & Saturday - 10:00 to 19:00
Sunday - 10:00 to 14:00
We are of course open to receiving texts or arranging meetings viewings outside of these times.
About Frances
Frances is the founder and head of Hearthstones estate agency, passionate about all things property. With a thorough understanding of building structures, construction materials, and building pathology—including the history and features of older homes—she can identify possible defects and guide you to the right experts for surveys or remedies.
Staying up to date with local market trends, Frances combines technical expertise with a personal approach.
She takes the time to understand your aims, aspirations, and any constraints, ensuring her service is flexible and tailored to your needs—so you can feel confident at every stage, from valuation to negotiation.
Frances is supported by her daughters: Bonnie (Social Media & Marketing) and Ella (Photography and Matterport Capture), making Hearthstones a true family-run business.
Born and educated in Jersey, Frances spent years living in London and France before returning home in 2011 to raise her family. She now wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. In her downtime, she enjoys BBQ days on the beach, dining out at local restaurants, and walking Jersey’s beautiful coastal paths. Frances is also keen to learn more about gardening and upcycling old furniture—reflecting her creative and hands-on approach to both life and property.
