We are proud to be the first in Jersey to use an online property portal which through the use of advanced technology provides our clients an interactive platform, putting them in control and keeping informed every step of the process. The portal provide clients with 24 hour access to many useful features including:

We understand that buying or selling a property is likely to be one of the largest transaction, both financially and emotionally that you are likely to make and can seem very daunting. Our aim is to support you throughout, remove the stresses and turn the process whether buying or selling into an exciting journey.
OUR RATES
By making the most of online technology and keeping our overheads to a minimum, we are able to pass on savings to directly to our clients and provide highly competitive rates of 0.9% for sole agency and 1.2% for multi-agency fees.
FLEXIBILITY
Our official hours of business are:
Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:00
Saturday 10:00 - 14:00
We are of course open to receiving texts or arranging meetings viewings outside of these times.
About frances
Hearthstones is a family run business, headed by Frances Mackenzie who comes from a project management background in construction and the build environment.
Frances is passionate about all things property related and has a thorough understanding of building structures, materials used in their construction services and building pathology; the history, features and materials used in older buildings. This includes identifying possible defects and pointing you in the right direction for further information whether for a full survey or remedy.
Along with keeping up to date with local market conditions, this knowledge enables her to provide a thorough and comprehensive service when valuing your property and undertaking negotiations. She will take the time to understand your specific aims, aspirations and any constraints and through her flexible approach will tailor the service to meet your requirements.
Frances is supported by her daughters Bonnie (Social Media & Marketing) and Ella (Photography and Matterport Capture). Her nephew Jack looks after all the companies IT requirements.
Frances was born and educated in Jersey. After completing university she never moved back to the island, living in London and France for a number of years. She decided to return in 2011 to raise her young family and now wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. To relax Frances enjoys bbq days on the beach with her family, eating out at our wonderful local restaurants and walking our beautiful coastal paths. She would like to know more about gardening and upcycling old furniture.
